Size Guide

Designed specifically for comfort, support and weight redistribution in athletic, walking and comfort footwear. These tri-density orthotics feature a Copper Guard top cover and a layer of Pro-Shox® for superior cushioning and shock absorption. Copper Guard's high-tech polyester fibers wick moisture away from the foot and provide a cool, friction free surface to prevent blisters and other foot problems.

Style L420, FIT A: Posted Support 
Designed for flat or low arches and feet that roll inward (overpronation) as you walk. A firm "post" angles the heel to gently guide your foot back toward neutral, easing the inward roll that, over time, strains the arch, knees, and lower back. Reinforced arch support fills the space a flat foot leaves behind and a deep heel cup adds control and stability. Recommended for active wear, standing work, and anyone who's been told they overpronate.

Style L400, FIT B: Cushioned Support
Our most versatile fit — ideal for neutral or medium arches without any specific pain. It cradles your arch with balanced, semi-rigid support and a soft top layer that softens impact through the heel and forefoot, while a deep, structured heel cup improves stability and posture without forcing an aggressive correction. A great first orthotic, and right at home in sneakers, casual shoes, and dress shoes worn all day.

Style L405, FIT C: Cushioned + Metatarsal Support 
Best for neutral or higher arches with tenderness under the ball of the foot. The built-in metatarsal pad sits just behind the ball of your foot and gently spreads the long bones apart, taking pressure off the nerves and joints that cause the burning or aching there — the discomfort many people feel with metatarsalgia or Morton's neuroma. A cushioned base absorbs shock with every step and a deep heel cup keeps your foot aligned. Ideal for everyday shoes, work, and long days on your feet.

We currently offer shipping rates at checkout through Canada Post based on the weight of the items purchased.

Alternatively, you may select Pickup at checkout to pick up your order at our Renfrew or Pembroke location during store hours. You will be notified by email/phone when your order is ready for pickup. 

 

In-Store Return Policy 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of regular price items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. 

Sale items of 20% off or less may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. 

Sale items with a discount of 30%+ are considered final sale.

 

Christmas Gift Policy

You may bring your Christmas gift items in the original packing with a receipt to either location up until January 15th. We will be offering exchanges for size or style. Alternatively, you may receive a store credit to be used at a later date.

 

Online Return Policy 

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Sale section items are considered FINAL SALE. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred on items sent back to us. Please notify us by email at info@scottsshoes.ca to begin the return process. Please note, Scott’s Shoe Store reserves the right to deny a request that does not comply with our return policy.
