The Katabatic has quickly become one of our most popular hikers and the new Katabatic LT takes the collection to a new level in a lighter package with improved performance and additional environmentally friendly materials. Waterproof styles include GORE-TEX Invisible Fit technology providing enhanced breathability and combining true fit, feel, and comfort with the GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY promise. Width
Standard - Women’s standard width is B in the heel and C in the forefoot (according to Brannock Device®). Patterns and materials in a given model may influence fit. We always recommend trying our footwear on to ensure the best possible fit.
Wide - Women's wide width is B in the heel and D in the forefoot (according to Brannock Device®).
Volume
Standard Shoe — Medium volume feet tend to be standard width with some combinations of high and/or low arches and a high and/or low instep.
Wide Shoe — High volume feet tend to be wide with high arches and a high instep, or a combination of these. If you have bunions, you may consider a high-volume shoe.

Alternatively, you may select Pickup at checkout to pick up your order at our Renfrew or Pembroke location during store hours. You will be notified by email/phone when your order is ready for pickup.
In-Store Return Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of regular price items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Sale items of 20% off or less may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Sale items with a discount of 30%+ are considered final sale.
Christmas Gift Policy
You may bring your Christmas gift items in the original packing with a receipt to either location up until January 15th. We will be offering exchanges for size or style. Alternatively, you may receive a store credit to be used at a later date.
Online Return Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Sale section items are considered FINAL SALE. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred on items sent back to us. Please notify us by email at info@scottsshoes.ca to begin the return process. Please note, Scott’s Shoe Store reserves the right to deny a request that does not comply with our return policy.
