We currently offer shipping rates at checkout through Canada Post based on the weight of the items purchased.

Alternatively, you may select Pickup at checkout to pick up your order at our Renfrew or Pembroke location during store hours. You will be notified by email/phone when your order is ready for pickup. 

 

In-Store Return Policy 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of regular price items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. 

Sale items of 20% off or less may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. 

Sale items with a discount of 30%+ are considered final sale.

 

Christmas Gift Policy

You may bring your Christmas gift items in the original packing with a receipt to either location up until January 15th. We will be offering exchanges for size or style. Alternatively, you may receive a store credit to be used at a later date.

 

Online Return Policy 

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Sale section items are considered FINAL SALE. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred on items sent back to us. Please notify us by email at info@scottsshoes.ca to begin the return process. Please note, Scott’s Shoe Store reserves the right to deny a request that does not comply with our return policy.
